- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Vet or Science.
- Minimum of 2 years experince in the same position.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a field sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor performance and develop effective action plans.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong result-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
